Roffey Park Institute is located in 40 acres of stunning grounds in the middle of St Leonard’s Forest – an area of outstanding natural beauty – near Horsham in West Sussex. Our 60 bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with en-suite bathrooms. Designed in a contemporary style all have free wifi broadband TV and hairdryer. All rooms have a desk for private study and teacoffee making facilities. Ironing facilites are available in the Guest Laundry Room and we provide a 48 hour laundry and dry cleaning service. Bedrooms accessible for wheelchair users are available. Full English or Continental breakffast is also included as well as access to our leisure facilities which includes a swimming pool fitness suite sauna and jacuzzi. Please note our venue is not suitable for families but is ideal for business executives travelling in the Mid Sussex area or travelling tofrom Gatwick Airport which is just 20 minutes away. Dinner may not always be available so if you require an evening meal please check at the time of booking.

By road:From the M23M25Exit at Junction 11 off the M23 keep in the left lane and take the exit for the Moto services. Drive past the services to the roundabout take the third exit and cross back over the M23 passing the Black Swan pub on your right. Go through Colgate village with the Dragon pub on your left and the entrance to Roffey Park is approximately one mile further on the left. From A24M25Exit Junction 9 off the M25 and take the A24 signposted Leatherhead and Dorking. After approximately 15 miles take the A264 exit (signposted Gatwick Airport and Crawley). Continue on this road until the third roundabout signposted Colgate to the right. Take the third exit and continue to the crossroads in Colgate village with the dragon pub in front of you. Turn right and the entrance to Roffey Park is approximately one mile further on the left. By train:Gatwick StationTrains from London Victoria run every 20 minutes. The station is 12 miles from Roffey Park and travel is approximately 20-30 minutes by taxi. Horsham StationTrains run regularly from London Victoria to Horsham which is 6 miles away. The travel time by taxi from Horsham to Roffey Park is 10-15 minutes. By air:Gatwick airportThe distance is 12 miles from Roffey Park and the journey takes approximately 20-30 minutes by taxi. Heathrow airportHeathrow is 52 miles from Roffey Park and the journey via the M25 is about 1.5 hours.
